I have always bought and will continue to buy the Defender Pro Drop+ case for every smartphone I purchase because it is a quality product that protects my phone through all the challenges of working construction. My only complaint is the inevitable loss of the small flap that covers the charging port after substantial use. I think this element could be engineered better.

The phone comes unfastined easily just what you buy outterbox to prevent. Put the quality back.

My Galaxy S22 was starting to come apart. I put it the Otter Box and now the phone is much more stable and safe from getting damaged if I drop it.

I have one of your cases for my S23. unfortunately, I dropped it the water and thought it was toast. I found this very skilled and talented phone repair shop and they fixed it so that is why I no longer need the S22 case. Your cases are perfect in every aspect of quality. I have never cracked my phone when dropped. I swear by the defender. Recently I took off in my car with my phone on the roof. It flew off and the defender protected it from shattering. The back of phone was cracked in 2 corners. I was able to still use the phone. Thank you otterbox defender!

Look, as I write this review, I'll be buying this case for a second time. Word for word, this is what I wrote when I placed a new order for the warranty was: "I dropped my phone from the edge of my bed one day (lower than waist height, about 70cms), and my case broke at the edge even though the phone fell flat on its face. I had the case for less than a month at the time (I got a new phone the same day), and I had never dropped it prior to this. " The hard plastic took a big hit on the edge for some reason, and I was completely baffled. This would make the second Otterbox case I had to replace in less than three years. I'm not big on the outdoors or anything, so it's even more disappointing. I've been buying from this company since before I even knew about their policies, so I'm willing to try again with them. I really did enjoy their cases on my other phone (and the replacement they sent for that one is holding up through a sticky two-year-old!). However, I'll be submitting a complaint if I have to deal with a SECOND broken phone case this time next year (or any time before then).

I am bad with forgetting I have a phone. I left my phone on top of a work truck and had my phone fly off going 85 mph. My phone survived and was recovered all due to otterbox!

I love Otterbox. I always have a Otterbox case on just about every phone I have ever owned. But I have noticed something different with how the holster functions. The little notch that clicks the phone into the holster is not in the dead center anymore.The way I wear it makes the phone sit in the wrong way for me. I have to put it in with the buttons up so that I can answer with my right hand. That was never an issue before. The phone is still secure and safe. But I'm used to that CLICK sound. I find myself checking my phone a lot to make sure the holster doesn't push the buttons. And I really wish that you guys offered more colors for the Defender series! I love black true enough, but I wanted to spice it up with a nice burgundy case. I ended up getting purple. Close, but no cigar!!! But I still love you guys and will continue to buy these awesome cases! Thank you very much for being nothing but awesome!!!

Great protection for your work phone, do not have to worry about drops

The case sustained significant impact at moderate speed but minimal damage to phone itself. Two thumbs up!
