Very quick and easy read. Breaks it down so it doesn't seem so overwhelming and provides detailed instructions for mini exercises (home cleansing, love manifestation) along the way. I also really like that she includes about 10 different pendulum circles as well, though you really need to take a copy and enlarge them as the petite size of the book makes it small to use. But overall love the book!
