    Deep shag

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug was exactly as described. I'm not sure if it is the length of the shag or the composition of the materials, but it is slippery. Given that we are using it in a closet we are ok with it. If we were using it in a higher traffic space, the slippery nature of the fibers would not be acceptable for us.

    runners

    The rug is so soft. The pile is longer than we expected. I thought it was going to be a solid charcoal grey but it has a lighter grey thru out. Very plush. Beautiful!

    Easy website. I finished ordering in just a few minutes.

    Nice shag, awful color

    The length of the shag rug is nice and it’s fairly comfortable but I cannot get over the color. It’s very yellow - not ivory, and does not match the pictures at all. Extremely disappointed.

    Was whiter than Pictured-no flakes of grey at all

    This wasnt the color I ordered! I ordered the ivory with grey and was only grey but the fabric itself is really soft.

    Cute rug but stinks of chemicals

    I specifically bought this rug bc it was oeko tex and in the past I have never had a chemical smell from oeko tex products but this rug still is horrible after days of airing out. I thought it was ok so I put it in my sons room( 4 yr old) and when I went in this morning it was horrible. I feel so guilty he slept in that toxic smell. Please know that either the oeko tex isn’t true or know you will have to air it out for maybe a week. It gives me an instant headache

    Wrong Color but nice rug

    I’ve purchased this rug before so I know the color I received is not the right color. There are no grey speckled pieces in it so it makes the rug look very yellow whereas the grey speckles give the rug a cooler tone. Customer service was great. Just going to be a pain to return it. Aside from the color it’s a nice high pile shag which I love

    Happy with my purchase thus far

    This rug gives my living room the cozy and warm feeling I was aiming for and I'm very happy with it. I purchased the extra padding and will likely add extra cushion under to make it more comfortable when laying down because you can feel the rug mat through the fluff in some areas. The rug is Ivory color with no specks of Grey. I'm fine with it though because it matches with everything in the living room. I can't wait to watch movies and stay indoors curled up on my floor with my new rug
