Box Catch Issue
The bracelet is beautiful, moonstones shimmer with soft hues and the actual bracelet is well made EXCEPT that the safety box catch does not close on both sides. The holes are too small and will not catch the little bumps on each side to safely close. I spoke with customer service and they were terrific. I am returning it for a replacement and asked for them to check the safety catch before resending. Hopefully the replacement will be 100%, if not I will want a full refund.
