mixed feelings

this back/belly warmer is definitely warm and has helped with my issues! but the stitching around the ends is crude and pops really easily. it also likes to slide down. and it's a bit itchy so don't wear it directly against your skin. I've washed mine on cool and air dried a handful of times and it's fuzzed but holding up ok
