Not the best

We really wanted to love this bike, unfortunately it is poorly designed. The bell broke almost instantly, and the tire popped after not much use. My husband is really handy, yet this bike drove him nuts to take apart and put back together multiple times to fix multiple issues. Disappointed.

Not delivered and refund not issued!

I ordered this bike for my daughter as a Christmas gift. The delivery driver delivered it to the wrong building and left it in what appears to be the lobby of that building. When I contacted Target, they refused to issue a refund, stating that the item was marked as “delivered.” I explained that, based on the delivery photo, the package was clearly delivered to the incorrect building and not to the full, correct address. Despite this, they still refused to provide a refund and instead advised me to contact my bank. I am extremely disappointed, especially since this was intended to be a Christmas present for my daughter.
