Good remedy

Works pretty good for stress relief and anxiety, it is subtle but definitely helps.

How quickly the tide of stress turns!

The best at reducing stress and anxiety, especially if it is not quite certain what brought about the stress. I felt it relax me within minutes of taking it. Unbelievable but true results with just two drops.

Relaxation in a bottle

I have been using Bach Flower Essense formulas for nearly 6 months and especially Aspen is very good for relaxation. Within a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes, I feel a soothing calm come over me. It's a good way to help life slow down.

keep this in your pocket!

Long time trusted Bach products has been used by a few family members for years. 'That is why I use Bach and buy from Swanson due to a good cost. I truly believe Aspen helps with my unsettling feelings at work due to stress and stupid coworkers. I put a few drops under my tongue and I really do feel calmer. I'm not questioning the magic....it works for me.
