This is our second HP all-in-one and have had no issues and has exceeded our expectations.

I like the computer, but the support stand is wobbly & not adjustable. It even came off the stand when I tried to tilt it. The camera also isn't very well set up - Why not use the same hiding feature as the laptop?

I taught myself how to use a computer on my first HP that was given to me. When it would no longer update, I decided to go with the HP all in one desktop computer, i’m so glad I did! I am extremely happy with the product. It is user friendly, easy to set up & less cords which means less clutter. I am thoroughly enjoying this product

Recently bought this PC as a replacement for my 10 year old Windows 10 PC and really notice the difference in speed. Great price and very swift too. Really appreciated not having the main drive partitioned before delivery.

Performs as expected, i.e. very well. I just wish I could find out how to re-set the screen sleep mode as it goes to sleep and then immediately wakes up even though no user is present.

so far so good i like the fact it takes up less room on my desk Good size screen It is a bit noisy and keyboard is a bit 'clunky' so could be better

Had to upgrade for Windows 11. This has a bigger screen and much better than my previous Lenovo. Really good quality screen graphics, I am very pleased.

I was amazed at the ease of set up. I was thrilled with how easy it was to add all my information from the old desktop. I was so nervous about losing information, etc. It's all there. It was taking me an hour to load my email - very stressful - and this is so fast. No more stressing and cussing! Love the camera and microphone - no more headset! I can't say enough positive! I LOVE it! Fyi - I'm 83!

I received my all in one HP computer in a very sturdy, safe and customized package. It was easy to assemble. It works beautifully. I am well pleased with it.

My old Del had crashed and I was devasted that I had lost everything. Shame on me for not having a backup in place. My son was able to get my data off the old drive, and it was easy to move what I needed into new files onto the HP. I am now alphabetically organized. My recipes are so much easier to locate now. I am a disabled senior, and installation was a simple matter of disconnecting the old wires and placing them where they fit into the back of the new. In fact, I was able to gift and install my old external speakers to a friend. There is a huge learning curve between Windows 7 and Windows 11 my new operating system. However, both Gemini and Co-polit are a blast to work with. I'm still learning and enjoy the challenges. I even uploaded the photos off my IPhone and now have them labeled and organized. The 27" screen is a little bit of an overstatement in my opinion. Since I am not a gamer, nor do I intend to watch movies on the PC. I also suggest more USB ports. I bought an external hub for easy access or install additional hubs along the bottom of the monitor or the side walls. I love the fact that there is no bulky tower taking up space on the floor under my desk. I am pleased with my choice. My IT friend recommended this PC and it was on sale at the time of purchase. I have always followed his recommendations and have never been disappointed.

Fairly easy to set up. I prefer instructions and pictures included with equipment.

I am happy and satisfied with my new HP desktop. It is everything I wanted and thought it would be. I previously owned a HP desktop for the past 10 years and since it was outdated, I upgraded to another HP desktop.

Easy to setup & transfer everything from my old computer. Love the height adjustment on the base, but is not as sturdy with the small base. The positives of all HP Desktops apply. It is sometimes slow to load after a restart for some reason. Also I can not tell the difference between my old 16 ram & this new 32 ram. I like this computer. Just not sure if it was worth all the Upgrades I added over my last computer. Fortunately I got a Great Sale Price & Rebate which makes it worth the price I ended up paying. Overall I would Recommend this computer.

The computer was easy to purchase, arrived quickly, and easy to set up! The only downside I can think of is that it doesn’t come with Microsoft Suite installed (Excel/Word). Easy to install a LibreOffice for free, though!

Awesome computer, suits my needs perfectly. Only thing I would change is HDMI ports on the side instead of the back to make access easier.

Loving the all-in-one! I have so much for desk space without that giant tower!
