Q: can the door open from the right to the left

A: You cannot open the door from right to left. The holes are pre-drilled and there is an indentation where the hinge fits.

Q: The photo of the interior shows 2 shelves but the description says it has just one. How many shelves are there? Also what sort of assembly exactly is required? Is it simple or difficult to assemble?

A: It's 2 adjustable shelves and 1 fixed shelf (bottom). And this was one of the easiest things I've put together.

However I decided to store my make-up and Skin and hair care products in my bedroom.. It the perfect size its for small to medium.spaces.. I really love this cabinet . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receiving the Teamson Home Dawson Floor Cabinet With One Door-Grey I unpacked the box and made sure all the pieces were there. Read the instructions and got started. The cabinet went together easily and fast. Took about a half hour taking my time. It is roomy inside, I use bathsheets but if you're using regular size towels I'm sure they'll fit better than mine. You could always store the many other things that you need in your bathroom. I like the neutral coloring since it can blend in well. I would recommend this to anyone needing a little extra storage.

Looks nice for the money. It was not easy for my husband to put it together...directions and/or pieces were backwards but he got it! I wanted something to put my dog’s food and treats in and it does the job!

Looks cute! Wish the directions were a bit more detailed. My and and I had it all put together, but when we attempted to attach the door, we realized we had the side panels upside down and reversed. We had to take it apart and start over. Thank goodness for power screw drivers!
