I’ve always bought tidy cat, and I don’t like this formula at all. I just purchased two stainless steel litter boxes brand new because I have old ones and I just replaced them these have lid and their extra large and I put in fresh brand new litter from this formula specifically and I did it early in the morning, came home in the evening after work and the house reeked like when you go into a pet store and all you smell is like animal dander smell it through the whole house. It’s terrible terrible terrible it has no older control it just amplify that you don’t smell the poop or the pee but it’s a really gross weird pet pet smell through the whole house and my house never smells like I have two cats and I just did not like this formula whatsoever so I strongly don’t recommend

Won't clump
Usually I love tidy cats litter but this absolutely won't clump and when it does the clumps are not tight. They fall apart easily. It doesn't clump to poo either. I'm really frustrated with this product.

Doesn't clump anymore
I've used this litter for decades and it was great. Now, the price went way up and it no longer clumps. It's been atleast a year since I've had this problem. Does anyone know a good CLUMPING litter that I could switch to?

Worst new formula change ever photo is of the orig
We use to buy the pails all the time until you changed your cat litter formula. I do not recommend or will I ever purchase this product again. All you did was make it to where the product doesn’t work and you go through a pail in just 1 week due to changing litter every other day due to now it is non clumping and it does not control odors. You as a company need to change your formula back to the original formula that did work. Which is it did control odors and did clump. Oh well looks like with all the reviews and people will quit buying it you may rethink and go back to the original formula version because being greedy is not right.

This stuff is expensive and doesn’t clump and my house smells like cat pee. I’ll never buy it again. I’ve had cats all my life and my house has never ever smelt so bad.

Formula changed and no longer performs…at all
I’ve been a loyal Tidy Cats user for 20+ years and over the last year or more the product has became complete rubbish. Urine just saturates, no longer clumps, and the smell is atrocious. The dust is overwhelming. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a new brand.

Not the Litter it Was
I’ve been using Purina Tidy cats 24/7 performance clumping cat litter for probably over 20 years. I’ve tried other brands and they just couldn’t compete until now.. the last 14 bags of litter I bought I’ll have the same issue where the clump turns to clay that is impossible to get out of the litter pan! And when you do get the clump 30% of the time, the clump falls apart and mixes in with clean litter so you have to start all over a lot more often with a brand new bag of litter. It’s also become a problem that the litter sticks to my cats legs and I have to cut it out of their fur, even though they’re short. I have four cats good litter is important. Very important. I clean their litter boxes every day. So I’ve been having to use a brand new bag of litter every couple of days which is way too expensive. I’m hoping whatever change formulation they’ve made
