Too Salty!
Way too salty, if you love salt these are for you. Also, they are ok as ham steaks for breakfast/eggs etc but these are nothing at all like the Canadian bacon you get on an average pizza. For those you need the Land O Frost variety.

Expiration dates hard to read.
My favorite brand of Canadian bacon. Lean and no gristle. BUT….it is almost impossible to read expiration date info. Recently misread date (JUN vs JUL) and had to throw our product. Could you use "white" lettering on black edging or place date on front of packaging?

My family and I love this bacon, the taste is amazing.
