I ordered this because both the photo and description listed minimal ingredients, but when it arrived, I discovered it had several more including calcium phosphate, xanthan gum, citric acid, and guar gum.

I grew up in CA, and this is the best cottage cheese EVER. Target is the only place which carries it in the Oregon area. Please never, ever stop carrying it!
