    I cannot believe how good this vinaigrette is, where has it been my whole life!!??? I could literally drink it. I love it on cucumbers and strawberries. Of course salad.     Converted me to kale... just too sugary

    Got me into kale, which I usually dislike. This dressing softens it and gives it incredible flavor. Pairs well with dark leafy greens, different cheeses (Gorgonzola, blue, feta, Sauvignon, etc), and fruits (berries, apples, pears, dried berries, etc). Top it off with pecans or walnuts, or really any nut of your preference and it is a delight. My only wish is that it wasn’t so sugary. One can always add more fruit if we want a sweeter salad. After I eat a huge salad I feel as guilty as if I’d eaten chocolate cake instead, thank goodness for the dark leafy greens (magnesium) and nuts and cheese (proteins, yum).
