Long time favorite
I actually prefer to make my own stuffed bell peppers, but when I don't feel like doing it, this is my go-to. When I make my own, I just buy Cajun boudin, remove it from the casing and stuff it in the Bell peppers. It gets topped with bread crumbs and drizzled with butter before baking.

Great Stuffed Bell Peppers
I have been buying these for so long it very well may be over 30 years. Started out because my husband and I worked 3 shifts, leaving little time for cooking. We love home cooked meals. Stauffers supplies us home cooked quality with certain dishes. The one I love the best is the stuffed bell peppers. They make tomatoe sauce better than my own. I would love to have that sauce recipe! If Sauffers would only make a rolled cabbage with that same sauce. I have time now to make these and I know how but why would I?

I cooked the Stouffer stuffed peppers tonight and they were terrible!!! absolutely terrible!!! there was no flavor to the stuffing and the tomato sauce they cook in was nothing but sour!!! I am so disappointed!!! These used to taste absolutely delicious, you apparently have changed your recipe it took away all the flavor that used to be in this dish. The stuffing mixture used to be very tasty and the tomato sauce used to be very very flavorful, I don't know what you've done but you need to go back to what the recipe was before because they were terrible and I will not buy them ever again!!! You took a really good delicious product and ruined it probably just to save some money??

Hmmm skinning my own peppers?
I dont remember ever having this issue before. Now i have to spit out some plasticky skin? If i swallow it i have digestive problems. I used to eat these all the time and dont remember doing that. What happened? :(

I was craving stuffed bell peppers and seemed to remember that Stauffers had good frozen stuffed bell peppers 20 years ago. These were awful. The sauce was bland and watery and the peppers were very small which was a good thing because they tasted so bad. I think they changed the recipe. Yuck.

I had bariatric surgery a year ago and have been struggling all this time to find a food that wouldn't make me gag and get sick. I finally found a meal that wouldn't do that to me anymore.... these amazing, tasting stuffed peppers!!! They are heaven sent and I am truly thankful for them!

Better than I expected!
I was surpised how yummy these stuffed peppers are. We cooked them in the oven for 52 minutes as directed, and they came out perfectly done. The peppers were soft and easy to chew, and the filling and sauce was hearty and super flavorful. My husband and I decided to have one pepper each and have it with a side of rice. (We used some of the leftover sauce in the pan to put on the rice.) I will say that my stomach felt a little bloated that evening, but my husband didn't have any issues, and mine might not have been related to the food. I would definitely get these stuffed peppers again, and if they make a "family size", we'll get that. I have been very impressed with the Stouffer's entrees I have tried as part of this cash back campaign. They are very easy to throw in the oven and come out delicious every time.

Stouffer's stuffed peppers have been a family favorite for years. The quality can't be beat and the flavor is absolutely amazing. I would recommend any product that Stouffer's makes.
