I'm not sure why people are saying it's spongy. It's not all. It's delicious, and the flavor is on point. It's tender and juicy. I would recommend trying it for yourself. Regarding the negative reviews, I guess some people are hard to please.

Too sweet!
This was way too sweet. I know that it was uploaded to be smoke flavored, but it’s like it was soaked in a sugary syrup. If someone likes sweet turkey, then it’s good, I guess.

Too sweet
I bought it use on salads. I sliced the lions in 2 inch pieces and sautéed them to get color on them and then covered with a bit of chicken stock to finish cooking. Unfortunately the texture is rubbery, it doesn't even have a "meat" texture to it. The the first thing I tasted was sweet. It wasn't what I expected. Sweet meat? I'm going back to pork loins.

Tastes great, little salty
Prepared this in the slow cooker. It was very tender and the flavor was great. A little salty for my taste, but I think everything is a little too salty.

Love it in the air fryer!
This makes for a yummy dinner! I have cooled it in the oven and air fryer. Definitely so yummy in the air fryer. In the air fryer it is nice in crispy and juicy inside. Love the flavor and it is healthy. The whole family loves it. The oven was ok not my favorite but cook it in an air fryer it is a game changer for sure.

Yuck!
I thought this would be a quick easy dinner for my family of 4. I cooked this in the oven according to the package directions. It was gross. The texture was weird, spongy and full of holes. It was so salty and nasty, I threw it all away. Please do not expose your family to this!
