For this iconic recipe, we steep real mint leaves for 45 full minutes in fresh milk, cream, and sugar to create a smooth gelato with the perfect mint taste. Then, we mix in flecks of semisweet chocolate chips throughout the pint and a unique twist of anise to amplify that mint chocolate taste. At Talenti, we believe the best process and ingredients result in delicious gelato and sorbetto. That’s why we source the highest-quality ingredients from all around the world. Something changed, I could only take a few bites. Didn’t used to have coconut oil apparently but it’s weirdly foamy, not sweet enough. Used to be my favorite!

Coconut Oil?
I’ve been out of the country for a little over a year and the first thing I was craving was Talenti Mediterranean Mint. 1 bite in my tongue started to feel weird. Coconut! Being allergic to coconut I was truly disappointed that this wasn’t even in the “Contains/May Contain” label. Won’t be buying anymore.

Ingredients Have Changed - Bring Back the Old
Ingredients changed to include coconut oil to my surprise. Website still shows old ingredients. Was one of the few mint ice creams my daughter could eat, no longer. Consider going back to your original ingredients that you currently show on your website and be one of the few not to use coconut oil. Please

Delicious Dark Chocolate Surprise
I've been buying this product for a number of years. Med Mint is my favorite. When I first started buying it, there were tiny bits of chocolate. Lately there have been far bigger chunks of chocolate. Sooooo much better. Also, the advice about getting the jar open really helps. Getting it out of the freezer and waiting 3-5 minutes befor opening does the trick. Thanks so much!!!

Changed recipe
THEY CHANGED THE RECIPE. I am so disappointed. This is my favorite flavor. I have been buying talenti Mediterranean mint for YEARS. I love the texture I love the flavor. I got a pint today and it has changed. It is no longer light and airy it is now extra creamy and a very weird, mousse like texture. I am so sad. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK. PLEASE. It is disgusting now. My favorite mint ice cream ruined. Please change it back

Great flavor but hard to open.
I love the texture and the flavor is amazing! But it is IMPOSSIBLE to open the lid when it's fresh from the store.
