I was pleasantly surprised at how good this entree was! Quickly prepared in the microwave in about 4 minutes, the seasoning, textures and flavor was spot on. It did not taste like a microwave dish. I will be purchasing this again.

A good veggie option
Had never tried this one but pleasantly surprised that there were lots if veggies. It’s a bit higher carb-wise than I prefer but still a good option and not overly salty either. Also noodles were not mushy. It seemed a bit dry so next time I will put two TBLS of water in the slit before cooking.

Not celiac safe
I recently have been gluten free due to a possible celiac diagnosis and thought to try this. It tasted great and was def gonna buy it again until an hour after I ate it the reaction hit! I did some research and sure enough Amy’s produces in the same facility as wheat (and other allergens). Unfortunately since I’m so sensitive to cross contamination I would de this not celiac safe. Stinks cause I thought it was delicious!

Tasty and satisfying
I’m not a fan of frozen meals but after the pandemic realized they’re a must have. I found Amy’s around that time and love the Mexican entrees so decided to try this one. It cooked beautifully in 3 minutes and is loaded with veggies including plenty of edaname. After sampling I opted to splash on a little low sodium soy sauce and found it to be quite tasty. With 14 grams of protein it’s satisfying enough to quench my craving for take out. The best the entree passed muster with an excellent rating in my clean food app. That’s pretty impressive for a processed meal.

Deliciously creamy and tasty
This meal came out great: frozen to hot in 4 minutes in the microwave. I stirred it a bit, per the instructions to evenly distribute the noodles. It was super tasty. A tad sweeter than I expected but I would definitely buy this again. Its chock-full of juicy vegetables, has a delicious creamy cashew sauce and the noodles (mung bean) are really good. You would never know this entire meal is plant-based, dairy- and gluten-free. This is definitely a winner. Even if you're not vegan, or gluten/dairy intolerant, give it a try. It's a healthy alternative to a fast lunch or dinner and probably costs less too.

Delicious flavor!
This is delicious! Love the sauce flavor, the noodles do stick together a bit but that didn’t really bother my experience. Portion is a bit small compared to some of their other meals.
