Fine
Because other reviews said it came out underdone, I baked this pizza on convection 375 for an hour and 15 minutes. It came out the way it was supposed to. The crust is not as good as the restaurant's crust, and the sausage isn't laid on as thick, but for a frozen pizza it's pretty nice.

Do not buy
Terrible quality control. The pizza does not cook during the recommended time, and is cold and watery even when following instructions exactly. I took the pizza out, and upon cutting it found that it was barely cooked. I put it back in the oven, and then removed it after an additional 10 minutes and the pizza was still soupy, and spilling out into the pan, I had to take it out in halves. Very disappointed for such an expensive frozen pizza.

Great pizza!
I bought the small deep dish pizza. The first one I made was really good, but a bit underdone, so the cheese was still firm and cool in the middle. I finished it in the microwave. I left the second one in the oven a bit linger than recommended, and it was perfect! I baked it on a sheet of foil. The little pizza is so filling that a quarter piece is enough for one person. Sadly, they are out of stock at my Target, so I'll have to check with other Targets in the area.

Best local pizza!
Gino's East deep dish has been a Chicago staple for years! Their Frozen version is so convenient and full of flavor! I love the cheese, the spinach, and the crumbled sausage versions- you can add your own extras, like sliced jalapeno peppers, pineapple, or fresh mushrooms!

Deep dish for the shut-ins!
Excellent buy for deep dish frozen! I think that it’s good and if going out for the real thing isn’t possible, then this is tasty alternative.

This a delicious frozen Chicago style pizza , This is better than any other stuff frozen pizza out there , beats uno for sure ,this pizza haves enough cheese with sauce ,no to dry at all , taste exactly from ginos east. I do recommend it , enough for two people , the only thing that it’s hard to find in stock .
