May's Hawaii Hawaiian style Picnic Patties are an original recipe from the 1970's, made from 75/25 lean beef with a touch of breadcrumbs, designed to absorb your toppings, for added flavor and form. Special seasonings add to the flavor of this patty. These patties are ideal for your summertime barbeque or a Hawaiian celebration. Make May's "local-kine" Beef Picnic Patties a part of dinner tonight. The patties are individually flash frozen and vacumn sealed. Great for outdoor BBQ's, potlucks, tailgaing and family gatherings. Makes "home cooked" meals convenient and great tasting.
Cooking Directions:
May's Picnic Patties go straight from the freezer to the grill or frying pan. Grill: Preheat the grill and place your frozen pattie on the grill. Cook 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Stovetop: Preheat frying pan on medium. Place frozen pattie in the pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
