Jim beam made the best decision bringing an age statement to their jim beam black line up. The 7 year statement brings this bottle to the the next level. The mouthfeel is a little thin but has an amazing finish. You can get in trouble with this bottle with how smooth it is. It has that classic Jim beam nutty finish that you find with all their products that signify that Jim beam product out of clermont.

Jim Beam Black seven year is my favorite of all bourbon.

One of my go to brands. It has a great flavor profile and aroma. It is very versatile and can be used in many different ways. It usually comes in a glass bottle. I think it's an average value for the money.

I was plesantly surprised with this bottle for the price. It's not overly complex, but it hits all of the flavors that you are looking for in a quality, yet inexpensive bourbon. Very good budget sipper. Would make an excellent cocktail base as well.

4 dashes angostura, oranges and sugar muddled with 2 oz of this stuff makes for a great old fashioned. I like it ;)
