Too brittle, too thin, almost overcooked. Flavor profile is on point. All the chips in my bag were broken. Crumbs everywhere. Very few whole chips to enjoy. Probably because of how thin the chips were. Kettle should have a bit more girth to them. Ya know?

Brittle, too crispy chips
I was craving salt and vinegar motors chips (the only chips I allow myself) and hadn't had chips for months. I wanted that tangy, sour/salty combination that isn't easy to find. Unfortunately, the only salt and vinegar potato chips available at my local Target were these. While they have decent salt/vinegar tang, the chips are too thin and brittle, even allowing for kettle chips.

Packs a Vinegar Punch
I live in Northern Michigan, and these chips are not available where we live, we have to drive north of the Mackinac Bridge to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to get our hands on these chips, and trust me, it was WORTH the drive! These are by far my favorite Kettle Cooked Salt and Vinegar Chips! They pack a vinegar punch! Put one in your mouth, open and breath in, and it's got a good punch! The flavor is outstanding!
