St Germain Elderflower Liqueur is a French liqueur made with up to 1,000 fresh elderflowers that are hand-picked once a year in the late spring when the flavor and aroma of the flowers are at their peak. This elderflower cordial features a subtle yet delicate flavor, a fresh, quality taste and notes of peach, pear and grapefruit enhanced by the endless charm of the elderflower. I love the taste of this liquor! It is delicious in a Hugo spritz (Prosecco, st Germaine’s, and mint). The only downside is that it is very expensive so I am taking off a star for that

I love the flavor of the St Germain. I tried it in margaritas (love it!), and my favorite is in a side car (absolutely excellent!). This stays in stock on my bar. 10 out of 10 for flavor and affordability.

Makes every drink worth drinking
My bottles empty because I loved it so much. A little pricey but worth it for sure. Taste is incredible in about anything to elevate the drink. Looks gorgeous on my liquor cart which is a plus!

Best Liqueur for Spritz
This is an essential on my bar cart!! It elevates any cocktail with its sweet complex elderflower taste. Of course you can use this for a Hugo Spritz (Champagne & St. Germain) but I it for so many other mixed drinks too. If a cocktail is too strong add some St-Germain to sweeten it up and enhance the flavor. I will always have a bottle of this on my bar cart!

This is so good on it’s on and in cocktails. The elderberry tastes and smells amazing. There are so many intricate details about the bottle that are beautiful. I love having it on display.

Heavenly
This tastes the way a floral perfume smells. I like it served neat. I also like to mix 1 shot of st Germain, 1 shot Chopin vodka, on the rocks and topped with seltzer. It’s so refreshing. For dessert, place 1 scoop vanilla ice cream into a bowl, add a handful of raspberries, and then drizzle a  little bit of St. Germain over top. It is absolutely divine!

Elegance
The most elegant, floral, and sweet addition to a Gin and Tonic or Spritz! It truly levels up any cocktail. I am a huge elderflower lover and St-Germain does it best. It adds just a touch of sweetness (without being sickly) and is so refreshing. Most recently, I’ve been using it with Ketel One Botanical Cucumber and Mint Vodka and soda water - incredible! Also, the bottle is beautiful and looks so elegant on my liquor shelf.

Floral liqueur in a pretty bottle
St Germain Liqueur is a floral noted liqueur with elderflowers. It had a sweet taste to it so you don’t need a lot. Goes great in champagne, Prosecco, gin and tonic, or vodka soda. Bonus is that the bottle is beautiful and makes a great addition to my bar cart.

This is one of my favorite casual liqueurs. It’s floral and delicious. You can make so many drinks that are light and sophisticated. The taste is subtle enough to not need heavy mixers like cola, lemonade, etc, but bold enough to not feel like you’re drinking water.

Great addition to home bars
My first taste of St. Germain was in a gin cocktail called the White Linen. It’s extremely refreshing and very simple to make at home. Having this liquor on hand is a great way to easily elevate many cocktails and a little goes a long way. It’s sweet and floral so it pairs well with gin but adds complexity to spirits like tequila.

Crowd pleaser
This is my second bottle and I love using this to make cocktails! I love making low cal cocktails so I used cold sparkling water, St Germain, Hendricks and a berry or lychee. It’s such a nice mixer!

I tried to make a Strawberry Basil Gin drink and the recipe called for this elderflower liqueur and let me tell you it did not disappoint. 10/10 fantastic
