Stale and dry...
These are close to seven dollars and when I got them they were already dried out and stale. I couldn't even finish one; it went in the trash. They were set to expire in two days and I called Canyon Bakehouse and they can be out for 10 days before the expiration date. They arrive frozen and are then are dated with an expiration date of 10 days out. So unless you get these with a far out expiration date, they are likely to be stale, dry and unpalatable. They need to be sold frozen. Canyon Bakehouse does not stand by their products when I called to report the problem. So I will be buying Schar, Glutino and Greater Knead in the future, as I will not give my business to companies who don't do right by their customers. I'm sure Target would take them back, so that's one positive, but it's not really Target's fault.

Good when fresh
This are a very good gluten free bagel when they are actually fresh. Ordered 4 bags for drive up pick up today and all 4 bags expired today. I planned on freezing them anyways but would have preferred something that had not been sitting around for a week. If these products don't move fast enough to keep shelf dates fresh, they should be sold fresh-frozen!

Am i the only one who didnt love them?
I wanted to love these so bad but they are so dry and blah. I tried them toasted with cream cheese, un toasted, & with eggs and sausage as a sandwich and just couldn’t get over how dry and flaky they were. Not my favorite.

Target has been a hit or a miss with this item lately. Multiple bags I have gotten have been molded upon inspection when I've gotten home even though the expiration date was over 5 days out. Please be cautious and look over your bagels thoroughly.

Yum! So happy to have everything bagels again since family needed to go GF for health reasons! We don’t eat much bread here but this is definitely tasty with a great texture! Gluten free has come a long way from the “cardboard bread” of 10 years ago! Just wish GF didn’t have to cost so much more than typical foods, but in this case it’s worth the splurge for a nice treat, and I grab a few for the freezer when they are on special.

I was nervous to try because people because said it taste like the bread and I wanted a BAGEL. So I can definitely say it doesn’t taste like Einstein or anything but the texture definitely taste like a bagel. I’m glad I got the everything bagel because the flavor is soooo good. I’m impressed with it being gluten free and all! Although I had to take a star away because the “presliced” is a completely joke hahahahaha byob-read knife
