Summer in a bottle
Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is elegant, crisp, and very easy to drink. It has bright citrus and green apple notes with a subtle floral finish that feels light and refreshing rather than heavy. This stuff is primo. It's my go-to when making mimosas. It is tart in flavor, very bubbly, and smells of grapefruit and green grapes. It comes in a bottle that looks expensive but isn't very chic.
