I order this chair when it was on sale and they canceled my order few days later. Don’t waste your time on this item. They have no respect for your time. I would have spent my time looking for other recliners had I known these people are so irresponsible. I wish there was a zero star review option.

Garbage. Broke after about 6 months of regular use. When I say broke, I mean the metal bars that hold up the foot rest are broken clean off to the point you would need a welder to repair, if it can be repaired at all. The chair has a 90 day warranty for a reason i guess. Unbelievable.

The box came ripped, so I was worried, but the chair itself was fine. Packaged well & installation was a breeze, even for just one person. The back side cushions (wings) were a little hard to slide on, due to the fluffiness of the chair arms themselves, but manageable. I ordered the dark gray fabric chair. It’s a really pretty color, chair reclines all the way & the cushions are super comfy. Only minor issue is that it only has one pulltab button (I would prefer a handle lever) on one side only (I would prefer one on both sides). This also means you need to allow a little extra room when placing (sides, between say a side table & the wall, if you want to fully recline). Also, it’s brand new, it takes a bit of effort to close the footrest. It seems pretty durable & I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

This chair is a great value . However , I bought this chair in “steel gray” and got the correct chair. It is not gray at all. It is a blue color . See attached picture . Comfortable and easy to put together now just hope we have a boy so the blue somewhat matches the nursery ...

I bought this on black Friday and cyber Monday it's $20 cheaper! I want my $20 back!

Received 2 left arms verses a left and right - had to call twice to get a hold of a representative that could speak english clearly. Neither understood the issue i was up against. Had to return to store which was difficult had I not had my husband to help me. Very disappointed with the amount of time i spent trying to put this together as well as return defective merchandise.

I love this chair! The glider part I need to get used to. It has power motion so the recliner comes out gentle.

This chit is way to stiff and to small

I like that the chair lays all the way back. I have trouble sleeping and it is very comfortable.

wonderful chair....very comfortable, easy to put together.... fantastic value....4 out of 5 stars for 2 reasons..... unfortunately not color as pictured....the box says Steel....color sent is blue....grayish blue, but absolutely blue not gray as pictured...really wanted that steel gray....still, keeping the chair....a nice enough color it's a small effort to lock when changing from full recline back to rocker...can't do it with legs alone, have to lean forward and reach down to clicklock leg support using hands, though that's easy to do

It sucks beyond belief!

This has been the most comfortable recliner for me while pregnant and then after delivery. Having a c-section I would sleep in the recliner and it was so comfortable. It stayed plump, never flattened, never ripped, has thick material. It looks great with all my other furniture. Overall I love how it's very large, comfortable, and durable. My two toddlers have been so rough with it, standing in it sitting on the arms, jumping on it and it still looks and feels brand new

This chair is amazing it's soft it's comfortable it's cozy and not only reclines but it reclines all the way back I love it

Bought this recliner a couple years ago. After only a couple months the back started to be crooked and if you look at it from the side you can tell that one side is permanently pushed back further even when trying not to favor one side. We lived with it but now a couple of the metal bars connecting things are starting to break. It's a nice comfy chair and it's a little bit shorter than an average recliner. If you don't need to use it a lot it would be a nice chair. But for everyday use I would look elsewhere.

This recliner is not very comfortable. I’m Used to sinking down into a recliner. I feel like I’m up in the air on this very firm chair. I like sitting straight up when I’m not reclining. this chair has a slight recline in the upright position. This chair is not really a glider. It’s more like a rocking chair. I forgot all about needing to test drive a chair before buying.

It’s squeaky/noisy to recline as well; we use in nursery but it’s not ideal due to the noises that seem to occur at the most inopportune times! It’s also short and very wide! I thought I was getting grey, but it’s quite blue!

Arrived broken. Doesn’t recline - save your money for something that has real quality.
