Delicious, nutritious and easy to prepare
I’m so impressed with Healthy Choice Simply Steamers Beef Chimichurri. This meal is so delicious and satisfying. At only 220 calories it has 16 grams of protein. It took only 4 minutes in a microwave. I’m loving yummy potatoes, tender beef strips, red and green peppers and perfectly spicy chimichurri sauce. It’s healthy, nutritious and perfect for lunch or dinner. If you’re looking for a healthy option you need to try Healthy choice meals. They’re so good, I will definitely repurchase!

Tender and tasty
I love the steamers, I was hesitant about the beef ones for texture reasons but this one is extremely good. The beef is tender, not stringy or tough. the green beans, peppers, and potatoes all cooked perfectly. I was surprised by the freshness and crispness of the green beans. The flavor profile of this one is very very tasty, it has a little bit of spice and doesn't taste bland in the slightest. It might be my new favorite.

Off-putting
Excited to try something new from Healthy Choice. Unfortunately this one didn't smell right and tasted even more off than it smelled. After two small bites I simply discarded my food into the trash. Have had other meals by Healthy Choice but this is by far the most unpleasant and would suggest this be removed or revamped.

For its price/value, this was absolutely delicious. The beef was sfirm (bordering tough), but the sauce had a ton of flavor and depth. The green beans, potatoes, and red peppers were all crisp, tasted fresh (despite being frozen), and plentiful. It's not a huge meal, but it's comforting. I used a piece of wheat toast to sop up the remaining sauce, that's how tasty it was.

This is the only TV dinner I will buy. I don’t think I’ve ever had a piece of meat that wasn’t delicious and free of gristle. I am trying right now to get the recipe for the chimichurri sauce because it is absolutely delicious. I really believe I could live on this morning noon and night honestly.

The first time I had this I thought wow such a strong smell I’m not going to like this. I was sooo wrong. This is now one of my favorites. So tasty - taking up a lot of room in my freezer and is one of the healthier frozen meals and very low calorie. This is a winner.

My favorite frozen meal. About the only thing I would change is the green beans should be cut smaller. Hard to eat long green beans unless you happen to have a knife nearby, and then I question cutting anything in a plastic bowl. Wish HC would bottle the chimichurri sauce, because I would definitely be putting it on lots of my food.

I would give this five stars, except for the needlessly complicated packaging. Not only do you have to risk scalding to lift the top tray and dump the solid ingredients into the sauce, a large amount of the sauce splattered up onto the bottom of that tray so have to try to wipe off that back into the meal. But if you don’t scald your fingers and get it all stirred up it’s quite flavorful. The beef was tender and all the vegetables tasted like they should.

Horrible meal. Does not list Cilantro ingredient
I have been buying Healthy Choice meals for decades. The Beef Chimichurri is the most disappointing meal ever, especially the deceptive ingredients labelling. Many people cannot stand the taste of Cilantro and so I avoid meals with that ingredient. However, nowhere in the ingredient list does the word cilantro appear. Instead it is hidden by the vague reference to "spices" in the sauce. How many other Healthy choice meals will begin hiding this inedible ingredient, tricking consumers into wasting money on a meal they have to throw away uneaten?
