Surprisingly Tasty Despite the Odd Cooking Stage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Mighty Spark Tomato, Basil & Garlic Ground Chicken and was a little unsure at first. The smell and color while it cooked were a bit unusual, so I wasn’t sure how it would turn out. Once it was finished, though, the flavor was solid. The tomato and garlic come through without being heavy, and it worked well in simple pasta dish. The final result tastes much better than it looks during cooking, and I’d use it again.

Juicy and flavorful

I get chicken aversions sometimes, but I try to work it into my meals for the protein, and this one actually makes it easy. The flavor is good enough that I don’t overthink it, and the clean ingredient list is a big plus. Cooks quickly, stays juicy, and fits perfectly into my macro tracking without feeling like I need to push it down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit, I was skeptical of this one. Ground poultry products I’ve tried before have been dry and tasteless. But this was so yummy! I used the Simple and Summery Bruschetta Pasta recipe from the Mighty Spark website. I browned the chicken, then added chopped tomatoes, garlic, and some cooked small shell pasta. The recipe doesn’t call for it, but I added a splash of cream, about a quarter of a cup. Even my super picky teenager loved this!

Good but sweet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good option for those that value convenience for a good tasting all natural chicken that can be added to any pasta or possibly a boxed meal. You could definitely taste the tomato and basil throughout. I made my own sauce with additional tomatoes and found that the chicken added a sort of sweetness that I didn't personally enjoy or want in that pasta. If you want a sweeter sauce or meal this could be a good add in. Found it good quality though along with their other products.

Turkey Chilli

The texture cooked up nicely—not dry or tough like some other ground turkey brands can be. It had a clean, fresh flavor that worked perfectly in my recipe.
