Bota Box Nighthawk Cabernet Red Wine - 3L Box

I use to drink almost a bottle a night, but now I've switched to this box which last me about 4 days. Every box is consistent and very easy to drink. The taste is delightful and balanced. This is better than 9 of the 10 bottles you buy at the store and about 1/3 the cost.

I’ve been drinking box wine for a year now for the ease and affordability. Finally just tried the Nighthawk Bold cab sauv and I’m in love! Years ago when I first started drinking wine I discovered I love Cabernet Sauvignon. This is the grape, for me, that always hits right. I’ve had a variety of box wines, and finally just bought this bold cab sauv. It has the depth and flavor I love of a cab, but is very smooth and sweet. I feel like I could serve it to my lighter/sweet wine drinking friends. But more importantly, on casual evenings when I pour a glass I find myself saying- “dang, this is good”. It’s a box wine for sure, but as far as box wines go, I love this one!

I thought this wine was very smooth. It wasn't heavy or tart. I would definitely buy this again and recommend to others.

Safeway labels this online as a CALIFORNIA cab. It's not. It's Chilean. :( had Bota Cab from Chile while visiting Kauai, did not like it at all. Bummed I bought a box of this.

I'm a bottle a night drinker - and this makes life and recycling so much easier for me. As the title states - it's a pleasure to drink as well. I am curious - are there any other grapes in this than cab?

Honestly better than most bottles I've had - smooth, not acidic, but full of flavor.

While living through a pandemic with 4 kids this wine has been a highlight in my life. I love the bready smell and smooth texture. Pairing this with freshly baked bread (thanks hubby) and some aged sharp cheddar is delightful.

I am NOT a wine drinker and it’s safe to say I’m not a fan. My friend offered me a glass of this and I was hooked! I went to take a drink and had taken a breath and you can literally tasted the smoke before even tasting a drop. Absolutely wonder notes

My new favorite and go to wine!! Absolutely delicious!!! As pleasant to smell as it is to drink! Agree with others, the berry and cocoa is really there! I was worried that the "bold" should be interpreted as strong, but indeed not. It has a mellow, softness without a bite. It goes down so smooth and easy. My new perfect "wind down wine" at the end of a long day. A glass of this, a candle, cozy pajamas, Netflix and call it "GOOD"!!

I am on box number 5! This is a wonderful wine. This has become my go to wine and I've recommended this to many friends and family, they have been equally impressed!

I just bought my second box of the bold. I love the darker wines and you can really taste the berry and cocoa flavors in this. Definitely going to be a mainstay at my house.

We have purchased this boxed wine variety a few times and just love it. Not generally a boxed wine drinker but this one has changed my mind! We love it!

Maybe I bought a bad box or a bad batch, but I was expecting more flavor given the title and it tasted pretty flat. Just bought today and after one sip I am considering tossing the whole box. I’ve had other varietals from this brand but not loving this one.

My friend bought a box and now it’s my new favorite!!
