Unhealthy Ingredients!

Why the added ingredients?! Why add corn starch and all those other unhealthy ingredients to buttermilk?

Only buttermilk I can find locally and I’m glad it’s not low-fat. Nothing bad to say about it, helpful tip is to soak your chicken in it before cooking.
