Not much green color, but great taste

And yet I longed for it and there were days when an oil & vinegar based dressing just didn't hit the spot. Then Primal offered this Green Goddess, not as green in color but very green in ingredients, and I now keep several bottles in the pantry to satisfy the craving for Green Goddess dressing on my salads. we use 1 or 2 of these a week

so yes it is rather thick, to thin it out, I just mix 1/2 cup or so of balsalmic or any salad vinegar to larger bottle, and add the green goddess. (initially just run a butter knife sideways into just opened bottle to get it to pour.
