The quality is TERRIBLE. Multiple nonfunctional bulbs on every brand new strand. Glass shatters very easily. And when I put 5 strands together in sequence a fuse blew and several bulbs actually exploded. Not safe to use. I would give it zero stars if I could. Target should pull these immediately.
