Helps when you consistently take it
Started taking it for few days and definitely noticed a difference, maybe a placebo effect? But then I stopped bc well life. I always mean well when buying supplements but sometimes fall short when taking them everyday. Started again and after day two felt a lot less irritable.

Confusing label
The label is very confusing. It advertises “200mg 5HTP”, but on the nutritional facts, 2 capsules are a serving, and the 5HTP content in “one serving” is 100mg Not sure if this is a typo, or what. Not sure how many capsules should be taken to get the advertised 200mg. Will be returning, and choosing another product so I know what I’m taking.
