Blue Buffalo Toppers
I opened a package of Blue Buffalo salmon topper for my dog. She loves it. I was totally surprised to see that the product was spoiled when I opened the packet. Needless to say I will be searching for a different brand of topper.

Smells/looks nothing like salmon
My dog greedily gobbles this up, yet it reeks and smells nothing like salmon. These salmon ‘bits’ don’t even resemble salmon. Blue Buffalo makes another topper that actually looks like chunks of salmon fish - so why don’t these look the same? Would not buy again.

Dog loves for an extra boost
My dog loves the Blue Buffalo salmon canned food so it’s no surprise that he loves these too. He only likes jerky treats, no biscuits or bones, so I’m glad to find another option for a treat/snack that he likes. My dog is 35 lbs and I usually give him half a packet at a time as a treat. It seems when he eats this in the afternoon he doesn’t beg for treats before dinner, so it hits the spot for him!

Our dogs really enjoy these. We don’t use them everyday, as we have a different diet for them. They enjoy the days that we use this with their kibble, and they finish it pretty quickly! I’m not a veterinarian, so I won’t speak to whether or not it’s good as far as nutritional value, but our dogs have never had a negative reaction to it!
