Stiff cord causing possible HDMI device port issues
This cord is very stiff which is problematic for coming out of your device like a TV or a PS4 and you need it to bend at all. The wire will fight being bent and will put stress on your devices HDMI port. Use this only if you have room straight back from your devices HDMI port.

Great HDMI Cables
Bought these HDMI cables to replace the 10 year old ones I had that weren't compatible with newer hardware. They are well made, thick but still plyable, and a good length. Some reviewers mentioned that they are stiff but I wouldn't stay so. These also resolve all of the HDCP errors I would occasionally get from my streaming services.

I used this cable to replace one in my Denon system that would sometimes lose video signals. (it replaced on old cable) As usual with Monoprice cables, this new one works perfectly. I also am happy having a shorter cable that starts to cut down on the ganglion of cables I have

May Have Helped with CEC Operations
I have a slightly complicated setup that I am trying to control using HDMI-CEC. The system sometimes acted unpredictably, and I read somewhere that having cables that do not meet the latest 4K standard can cause unpredictable behavior. So I replaced the mishmash of HDMI cables that I was using with Monoprice 4K Certified Premium HDMI Cables. I was skeptical that it would make a difference, but it seems to have done that. The system is behaving more predictably now.

A Good Upgrade
I upgrade my hdmi cables about every 5-6 yrs and these cables are the best overall upgrade since the hdmi 1.4?. While I do not see a picture quality difference?.I?m not a gamer?.but I definitely hear an audio improvement. Listening to music via Apple TV through an Pioneer Elite receiver?.the music sounds brighter. These are premium rated cables and I think they are 2.1 which makes the sound less compressed. Purchasing them from Monoprice makes them a very Good buy.

Not the reliability and stability I expected.
I am very disappointed with this product after using it. Cable has difficulty maintaining a stable connection causing the need to restart my Apple tv device. As a result of the unstable connection, I was forced to switch back to an older, shorter but stable and reliable cable: Belkin. Even the Amazon cables are more reliable.

4k TV and Receiver compatible
I bought a new receiver with 4k capability and replaced 3 HDMI cables that I had previously been using with the old 1080p receiver. The old cables may have worked but I didn't even try them. These function perfectly on all connections and carry 4k signals perfectly.
