About the Author



Karen Katz has written and illustrated more than fifty picture books and novelty books including the bestselling Where Is Baby's Belly Button?. After graduating from the Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, she attended the Yale Graduate School of Art and Architecture where she became interested in folk art, Indian miniatures, Shaker art, and Mexican art. Her book Counting Kisses was named one of the 100 Greatest Books for Kids by Scholastic Parent & Child and was a Children's Book-of-the-Month Club Main Selection. Great book

My 10m old loves this book! She loves to move all the flaps. I like that there are pull down, push up and open across flaps. The pages are sturdy but the flaps aren't that strong. The story is cute for little ones and talks about great winter activities. If you love Karen Katz add this to your collection!

My 15 months old loves this book and the others in the series! He gets so excited when we read it. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because he has destroyed the flaps. He likes to tear them and after a few times he has completely torn them off. I wish there was a way to make it more baby/toddler proof but he still enjoys it.

Cute book!

Our son is 18 months and he loves these lift the flap books! I typically stick to the holiday themed books by author Karen Katz and this one didn’t disappoint! Would recommend.
