I’m glad unread to reviews here, and gave these lemon cake slices a try. If you have liked the Starbucks lemon loaf this is actually better and it’s so much more affordable. The texture and flavor are spot on. The icing is perfect. Sweet and tart, moist but not soggy cake. Right on!

Was a little skeptical about this sliced lemon cake at first. However, these turned out to be the best lemon cake I’ve tasted. Very lemony and the glaze is slightly tangy. While it’s been compared to the Starbucks lemon loaf, I think these are much better and definitely more fresh tasting. And, you can’t beat Target’s price
