The flavor was kind of close to what you’d expect from a Turkey sausage link. But the texture was horrific! After soo many snappy crunchy bites I decided to cut it in half and behold! They didn’t even bother grinding the parts down. Completely traumatized after this.

Well, I was expecting the sausages to be a little longer about the same size that you would get for a regular link sausage. These are about half that size and while I understand they’re all natural and turkey, I guess I was just expecting more. I tried these as an alternative to the Good & Gather ground turkey sausage but I will probably going back.
