It’s confusing in the best way possible. I put it on chicken, and suddenly my chicken had a personality. It is one of my favorites (it's so hard to pinpoint "the" favorite, since I love so many Primal Kitchen sauces) and I always keep at least a couple of bottles of this one on-hand. It is especially delicious on soy curls with peppers & onions and on veggie burgers. It's nice and thick, so it really coats each bite. Really amazing.
