    Cooks Well

I fried bacon and it cooked it evenly and well without burning. It cleans well using a non scratch sponge or cloth - debris easily comes off. Size is perfect so it does not take up much kitchen space or storage. The pan makes preheating easy. A great quality grill pan.

It heats up evenly and stays hot longer than my other pans. Designed with an ergonomic handle that has provided a strong and secure grip. This helps keep me from worrisome drops or loss of grip! Love the helper handle. It has come in very helpful! This feature is important to easily maneuver this heavy-duty pan from stovetop to oven, more secure. I like that it has an oven safe construction so that I feel confident when using or transferring to my oven. I like that it features two integrated pour spouts, on each side which helps to drain and pour out excess liquids much easier without fear! Overall, BergHOFF's Neo Cast lron Square Grill Pan has been a great addition to my kitchen cookware. I use it often for stove-top burgers, sandwiches, and more.

    Beautiful pan! Spacious too!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love cast iron—honestly, it’s all I use for cooking meat. This pan looks nice and it is huge! I really want to love this skillet, but I’m still adjusting to the grooves. I don’t like soaking cast iron for long periods, and this pan does require soaking to get it fully clean. Even with all my go-to tools, it’s tough to reach into the grooves. That said, it does leave some nice grill marks! I plan to season it and see if that improves the sticky things, which I truly believe it will. Because of that, I’m still giving this skillet 4 stars. It’s absolutely stunning and looks beautiful in my kitchen—I don’t even mind leaving it on my stovetop (as long as it’s clean!). I’m not ready to give up on it yet. Most of my cast iron has needed a few rounds of seasoning before it’s just right for me. I would still recommend this pan but it would be awesome if it came perfectly seasoned.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a stunning pan to add to our collection. The Meringue color is absolutely gorgeous. I love that it is cast iron and will last us forever. As soon as I received it, we seasoned it and couldn't wait to cook with it. So far, we've only done breakfast and the bacon cooked perfectly. Next, I want to try chicken and vegetables. It's a bit difficult for me to clean, being that it is such a heavy item, but my husband does not have any issues. I've never tried anything from the brand, but I'm looking forward to trying more pieces from them. I absolutely love the colors to choose from as well!

The oven, stove, campfires and outdoor grill. With it being cast iron the heat distributes evenly and heats up quickly! The raised grill ridges gives food beautiful grill marks and flavor while also separating food from grease! And the pan sides are high enough I can also fry food! Love cooking bacon, burgers, brats, fish, vegetables tortillas, roast and more in this well constructed griddle pan!

This came with some really good instructions that I definitely needed. They will help me to use it correctly, to prolong its life, and appearance. This pan, with its raised grill ridges, will definitely be wonderful for grilled sandwiches as well as meats. I love that this is multifunctional in the way that I can use it in the oven as well as on the stovetop. The pour spouts on both side makes it more versatile and easier to drain. It's really nice that this DOES NOT have to be seasoned. This pan is very heavy, a high quality design, and I love the green. I'm looking forward to having this a very long time because I see it being a long lasting and versatile piece of quality cookware.

The grill type bottom made it so my chicken cutlets did not stick. The heat dispersed evenly across the pan to make the perfect golden brown chicken.
