Hardly any peppers, mostly all onion, and huge pieces of onion at that.

Good product but misleading packaging
The peppers and onions are frozen fresh and smell great right out of the freezer. Unfortunately, the package makes it appear the vegetables are cut into fajita-style strips, but they are much closer to being diced. This has been observed to be the norm rather than the exception.

I tried these for the first time tonight in a taco mash up on the stove top - ground beef, 1 serving of these frozen veggies, taco seasoning, tillamook cheese - packed inside a tortilla & it was perfection! I did notice a few of these frozen peppers seemed to be moldy before they were frozen - which was kind of a bummer but I just picked them out! Overall this mixed pepper and onion blend saves time, money, and prevents wasting fresh produce - so I would definitely recommend!

Not good
I bought three of these. After cooking one I will not eat the rest. It is terrible. You can’t even chew the onions. I hate to waste food. I always buy Birds Eye because it is usually the best.
