Thee best bacon we ever had… we are so grateful to Target for bringing this to our local store in Medford, ny… we bought it, LOCED IT!!!… then we realized it’s got none of the ingredients and gmo, etc we don’t eat or buy foods with. This is good bacon that’s part of our family’s regular breakfast platter. We got it as an extra for a quick breakfast and who knew?… it’s now a favorite ❤️

Get This Bacon
I used this two ways... the first to dice and put into baked potatoes (while reserving the grease for Brussels sprouts), and the second just as bacon. It’s delicious. You should get some. Bacon. BACON. This one is just salty enough without being overpowering.

Get in my belly- yum
My family can’t get enough of this smokehouse bacon. It smells and tastes delicious. It has just the right amount of crisp. My son would eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner if I let him. Definitely a household staple. It’s my favorite brand of bacon because it has the right amount of fat.

Pros: This bacon is really delicious!! It actually tastes like bacon (some brands definitely don’t) & has a really nice smoky flavor. You will smell it throughout your house, everyone will follow their nose to find this bacon. Cons: The bacon is super thin, it has the thinness of a cold-cut sandwich meat from the deli. It took me a really long time to separate each piece to cook. I had to delicately pry each piece apart to keep them from totally ripping to shreds. This was really frustrating & time consuming which is why I removed stars from my review.

Tasty Bacon
This was my first time trying uncured bacon, and definitely not the last! It was a bit unruly when trying to separate the slices but other than that it was great! The flavor is spot on, and I love that there are no preservatives, nitrates, nitrites, or antibiotics.. Being the animals are humanely raised is a huge added bonus, I definitely recommend trying North Country Smokehouse bacon!

Flavorful and Delicious
This was delicious and this is coming from someone who rarely eats pork or beef products. From the moment I cut the package open the smell of smoky maple burst out- it smelled delicious and tasted delicious. I appreciate the fact is is humanely raised with respect for both the animal and the land, as this is a main reason I had drastically cut back my intake of pork or beef- I constantly struggle with how the animals are raised and the environmental impact, I probably only eat pork or beef 1-2 times a year, so I am happy one of those times was North Country Smokehouse.

Great flavor
I actually really enjoyed this bacon. The fruit wood flavor was an unexpected taste and pleasure. It is quite thin so it cooks really fast. I liked that it was ethically made and uncured as well. My family actually enjoyed it too and they are very critical of bacon. We actually only ever buy one brand. I will definitely be getting this bacon again. best bacon around!
We love this company! Quality products and consistency in what they deliver. Our only complaint would be that stores can keep it in stock - however, if that is what needs to happen for the product to stay consistent, I'm all for it.
