Q: I'm confused by the sizing. My daughter wears a 9 in toddler. I can't find any sort of chart that explains the sizes for the disney shoes. Can anyone help?

A: Hi Jbkeowen, According to this item toddler sizes stop at 7/8. Size 9/10 is currently unavailable in toddlers.

I ordered these as a Christmas gift. They came loose in the box with other items I ordered. There was a black smudge/scuff mark on the toe of one boot when I opened the box. Although not a big mark, they are a little expensive in my opinion so I was disappointed. I ordered this as a Christmas present for my toddler. I opened the box that it came in on Christmas Eve, so set out for Christmas Day. The white buttons are missing along the back of the shoes. One of the shoes was also dirty and there was a sticky substance on the inside. Too late to return, and my toddler will not care, so I’m keeping them. If I had time, I would have returned them.
