I ordered these years ago for my kids and they were great. They came with the paper backing and were packaged in cardboard. One broke (after being knocked off the wall) but the replacement came, as most have mentioned recently, completely cracked AND missing the paper backing. Something changed!

False advertising - missing grade info & wrong photo sizes.
I was willing to look past the missing grade info & print something to cover up the cardboard backing but then I discovered the photo openings are larger than advertised- my wallet photos just float there. Sending this back. Both frames I ordered came in this way.

Missing the background
We ordered 2 of these to fill in as our girls grew up. They are in 2nd and 3rd grade now. Both are missing the grade background. It's just a piece of cardboard. We are very dissapointed.

Disappointed 12 year school frame
Well made. However, the on-line picture showed a description for each school year... i.e.1st grade, 2nd grade, etc. Then I wouldn't have minded leaving them blank while waiting for the next school year photo. What I received was disappointing. I'm looking at cardboard for the next 12 years.... ugh!

Disappointing
Frame didn’t come with the sheet that shows the grade level behind each photo slot. This is something that gets filled in over years. I don’t want the cardboard backing showing through for the next 10 years until we fill the frame. Also, it came with one of the corners cracked. Returned.
