Loved this, and so did the children
Very appealing to the children at playgroup, and I have used it with a mixed group of 2, 3 and 4 year olds. They all loved it, and even the 2 year olds quickly got the hang of tipping it to make the ball roll. Haven't tried the 'sample' cards as yet, we made up our own mazes. One thing they really loved, especially the younger ones, that isn't mentioned in the product description, was that there is a channel around the rim of the board and you can sit all 4 balls in, then carefully tip the board so that the balls simply roll round and round the rim. They all found that very satisfying. Only down-side is that it isn't very practical to have to take apart to put away each time - the base is quite difficult to get on and off. Also objected to the lot-of-unnecessary-box packaging.

My kiddos love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like it. The kids love putting together mazes. My biggest complaint is the board falls apart during play and I'd love if it secured more tightly. Also you're very limited on where the start and finish can fit.

So engaging and FUN!
We got this for my son as a birthday gift (for his 5th birthday) and our whole family has enjoyed it! While my daughter enjoys creating the mazes from the cards, my son enjoys designing his own maze. This game is a quality product and we have had hours of engaging, creative, team oriented play! Get one and let the fun begin!!!

Great wat to Think Outside the box
I can't explain how excited my girls were to try this out, I will break down my review -packaging; Great colours and would attract boys and girls , perfect! assembly- my 4 year old was able to set it up with no problem. Thank you for making a product that is actually kid friendly. quality- perfection, the create a maze with be able to withstand plenty of use and isn't going to break, game play- We all have a blast playing this, When I say all I mean ages between 4-36. it's a game that will get you brainstorming and laughing. the point of the game to set up a maze that is dictated on the play cards (each card has a new maze and challenge) once the maze is built you need to get thru the maze to the other side while meeting the challenges. my family and the friends that were playing were all laughing by the end and wanted to keep playing. educational factors- This is important to me as a homeschooling mom. the fact that not only do the kids needs to build the maze, pay attention to the challenges and need to find new ways to move the ball had them on their toes and thinking outside the box. It was a great workout for their brain. overall this is an amazing product, we had such a great time.

Critical Thinking and Eye-Hand Coordination
Create-a-Maze is a critical thinking game that includes cards for suggested mazes or children are free to design their own. Our kids have been sticking with the suggested designs. In Create-a-Maze you place the colorful pieces along the board according to the design. When finished you guide the ball around by tilting the board in different directions. What I love about Create-a-Maze is not only are they using critical thinking and problem solving, but they're using eye-hand coordination as well. This is something that can be challenging for our kids due to their special needs, so Create-a-Maze has been a great way to help them practice more eye-hand coordination as well. It has encouraged them to both work together as well as challenge each other. Disclosure: I receive this product complimentary to facilitate an honest review.

Create and Play
My kids love toys that are open ended. Meaning toys that you can change keep going and really keep in motion. Learning Resources Create-a- Maze had all three of my kids enthralled and trying to create new and exciting mazes. They were so excited to moves the pieces in different places to create new challenging mazes. The Whole base piece is set on a rounded bottom so you can easily turn and move the base piece so that you can move the ball through the maze pieces. My youngest was so super excited every time he got to help move the ball through the maze. This is a great game. It does come with cards so you can try and recreate mazes but you can always create your own as well.

Gets Kids Thinking!
Create-a Maze is a game that allows one to build mazes per the suggestions of the activity cards given or however one pleases. The main goal is to move either the red or the blue ball from one goal side to the other. The colorful pieces of various sizes and shapes are interesting to explore and maneuver. There are swirls, curves, waves, straight lines, and more to guide each ball along, over, and through. To make the ball move, one will hold one side of both of the main base and tilt it however needed to reach the goal. My kids get to consumed when playing with this set. They'd followed the activities and have created mazes of their very own. When they play the house gets so quiet as their minds are contemplating what to do or how they'd like to build. I so love seeing their concentration! They are so proud of the mazes they construct and are over eager to share their design with me once they've tested to see if it'll work. This set is well constructed and the pieces are easy to maneuver into the holes on the main base. The set can easily be stored back into the box from whence it came. The activity cards can withstand a good amount of handling and the instructions on each are easy to understand and act upon. I feel this is a great game for ages four and up. Children can play alone or with up to three more people. We totally recommend it! I received this in exchange for an honest blog review.

Fun, Challenging, Unique Game
I have to say that we have really loved this game. I was hesitant when I first came across this new item but all my worry diminished once we opened the box. The kids absolutely love creating mazes and working together to get the ball through. While they do use the cards some times, they love creating their own mazes even more. Truly a unique, fun, and engaging game. Great for single players or groups up to four. The game board is sturdy and well made and I like that it comes in two pieces for easier storage. Overall, great product that gets two thumbs up from our whole family! *I received a sample in exchange for an honest blog review. Head over to Emily Reviews to read my full review.
