Arrived shattered in packaging
Shatter resistant is inaccurate- I opened my package upon delivery and the "shatterproof" glass was in hundreds of shards on the bottom of the box. The frame itself was undamaged. Returned immediately.

I got the 11 x 14 size. decent quality, includes a beveled mat, fasteners are good, and looks good.
