A: This is just a round footrest meant to be used with other rattan furniture that does not sit as high as your regular height chairs sit. That is why your regular foot rests seem to be higher. This footstool is only 18 inches round and 14 inches high with cushion on it. I hope this answers your questions.

Q: The color for the yellow is "lemon" but I'm wondering if this is a bright yellow or a more muted yellow....kind of a mustardy-yellow?

A: The cushion is not affixed to the frame. You can remove it or just flip it over. We suggest spot cleaning.
