Low temp pasteurized
I believe that this whole milk is low temp pasteurized. As a result it needs to be fresher, and can be used in making cheeses, etc., unlike ultra pasteurized. You still have the benefit of not having raw milk, which can be more dangerous, without high temp pasteurization as in much of the milk you buy in a store.

Dont trust that expiration date.
Twice bought and twice went bad 5-7 days before expiration. Not sure if it’s Lehigh Valley or the storage of Target but def won’t be buying any milk from Target again.
