A: Thank you for your inquiry. The Mickey Plane Ride-On @Target comes assembled. The only thing that needs to be attached by an adult it the seat back handle. The seat back handle is easily inserted into the slots and clicks in. No tools are required. I hope this has answered your question. Best, Kiddieland Toys Customer Service

Q: do the wheels in front turn? can it be steered?Will it move on tiled floors?

A: Thank you for your inquiry. The steering wheel is a great handle for the child to hold onto the guide the plane where they want it to go. The front wheel will easily rotate as the child sits on the plane and pushes the plane along with their feet on the floor. As always parent supervisor is recommended when the child is on a ride on. The plane easily moves on any smooth hard surfaces. I cannot respond specifically regarding your tile floors. I hope this helps. The Mickey Plane Ride-On has many engaging aspects that provides hours of fun for your child.

Great toy for a younger toddler! We received this as a gift for our 2-year old. While he does love it, it’s easy to see that he is already a bit too big for it. This would be a great fit for a one-year old!! But I don’t recommend for ages 2+.

Fun for hours, tired back
I bought this ride-on toy for my 1-year-old nephew who loves Mickey Mouse. At first, he was not very interested, he was only pushing for the propeller to spin, sounds and lights. Now, he loves his Mickey plane and wants to ride it every day. I am very happy with this purchase and I would recommend it to anyone. However, the handlebar is too low and hurts my back to lean in every ride.

My older grandson, 3yrs old, loves planes so I know his one yr old brother would love this. I had to return it as soon as I saw how small it is. To advertise it as 1 yr to 3yrs old, is deceptive. My 1 yr old is already too big for it. It is not high enuff off the ground to consider it a ride on.
