Does not work and have to pay to ship it back to manufacturer

Microsoft windows does not update, stuck in s mode. Did factory reset and that didn't work. Put in a request request with manufacturer who will need me to ship to them to diagnose, would not provide a return label and says I am responsible for the outrageous shipping costs for their defective laptop!

Target would not refund.

Battery overheated and expanded out of the case. Could have started a fire. Paid to have it disposed of.

Garbage Laptop

Garbage machine. Under powered, slow. Support non-existent. Update drivers? Good luck. Worse tech I've ever bought.
