Q: how many are in a bag?
submitted by Judy - 3 years ago
A: Hi, Judy! There are about 9 servings per package and 3 pieces serving size. That's roughly 27 candies in total. There may be a slight variation in the number of candies inside since this item is packed by weight and not by count.

The perfect sweet treat.
Reece’s chocolate is amazing, if you haven’t tried it, you need to! As a girl with coeliac disease it’s great to find a product that’s naturally gluten free. It’s a staple in my cupboard, the perfect sweet treat.

Best candy, hands down!
Reese’s speak for themselves. If you’ve never had a Reese’s go get one. The holiday Reese’s are always super fresh. The packaging is super festive and you cannot beat the price.

Not good :(
I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for a candy but these are shockingly disappointing. Almost no peanut butter n it’s just all wrong :(

Great Holiday Reees’s
Normally the Holiday Reese’s are different from the everyday Reese’s. This was fantastic! The chocolate tasted exactly the same, it snapped when you bit into it, the peanut butter was the same great taste (maybe more like a Thin Reese’s). Size was similar to a Miniature. Keep this recipe!

Delicious
I liked these candies. A little more chocolate than peanut butter filling. It snaps when you bite into it. Delicious!

Not a Fan at all
I am an avid Reese's fan but was totally disappointed when I got this bag. There was very little peanut butter and the chocolate tasted like a generic brand. I took the bag to work and all 5 of us were disappointed. Ill keep the eggs and leave these alone.

Not what you would expect!
I almost couldnt even tell if it was peanut butter or something else, they are edible but not really living up to the Reese's standards. Might wanna rework the chocolate to pbutter ratios...

Not balanced
I love my Reese's, but with the carrots there is too much chocolate & not enough peanut butter. Not as well balanced as the other Holiday Reese's treats.

Fake Chocolate - Lesson Learned
Was disappointed to realize these are not made with milk chocolate. They're made with that imitation hydrogenated vegetable oil cheap chocolate candies are made with. Tastes awful. I have learned to check the label next time. These said "chocolate and peanut butter creme" instead of "milk chocolate and peanut butter."

Good
This feels more creamy (but fresher) than a regular Reese’s.

Disgusting
This was the first bag of chocolate candy I have ever thrown out!! I tried to like them but after trying several pieces over the course of the day I just had to throw them out. I am so glad I purchased only 1 bag of these disgusting skeletons. They did not taste like Reese's at all. It tastes like cheap wax chocolates. Extremely disappointing. I just don't understand why you would change the ingredients and put out such a terrible product. I have always loved Reese's peanut butter cups but now the thought of having a Reese's just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

BAD
This year is BAD. Dry inside. It almost looks like they repackaged the previous year’s candy. Yuck.

They're okay... Now
They're thicker so a little harder than last year's and the year before. Before that they were more flat, kind of mushed but you still could chew them, and I couldn't stop eating them. I don't think I will be buying them again cause of how thicker (chocolate) they are

The best
Love these even more than the cups or trees. These have a great ratio of peanutbutter to chocolate

Peanut butter "powder"?
I bought a bag of these on November 1 and the peanut butter was as dry as a skeleton! Nearly tasteless powdered peanut butter filling left me extremely disappointed. Never buying these again

Knock-off taste.
I agree these taste like cheap knock-offs. Was expecting peanut butter cup taste; such a let down you don't get it. Hershey: I've heard chocolate prices are going up. Trust me, fans will pay more for the real deal! In the meantime I'm staying away from "chocolate candy" and peanut butter creme. Yuck.

Scary Skeletons
Boo, Reese's! You're supposed to scare people with the skeletons' appearance, not their flavor! Reese's skeletons are cute, but they are SO bland. The description on the bag reads "chocolate candy and peanut butter creme," not "milk chocolate and peanut butter." The skeletons taste like generic Reese's knock-offs. Now, I have to read the bag before I purchase Reese's in the future. I don't every want to get those scary skeletons again, or anything like them!!
1 reply from Consumer Relations team - 1 year ago
Although we are sorry you were not impressed with the flavor, we are glad you're a fan of how the skeletons were designed. We assure you that we will forward your comments to our Marketing Department.

Better Than the Original
These and the Easter eggs with the same creme center are my absolute favorite Reese’s products. I like the smoothness better than the grainy centers the originals have, and I honestly think the slightly different taste of the peanut butter creme and the balance of it with the chocolate surpass all the others. I don’t really understand why people can’t read the bag or the description - it very clearly labels these as the creme version, and if you see that you’d understand these aren’t like the typical minis. If you want better texture, these and the Easter creme eggs are what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for the regular Reese’s chocolates, read the bag. This isn’t them. These are better.
